Following the technology audit performed on Poland's e-invoicing system, KSeF, numerous errors were discovered.
Due to this, a rebuilding of the system architecture is required. This rebuild has resulted in a further delay to the e-invoicing mandate, as follows:
1 February 2026: Companies with an annual turnover exceeding PLN 200 million
1 April 2026: all other companies
